Chris Goodman, our Roast Master, has been designing and roasting our coffees since 2004. He is a founding member of the Roasters Guild, a group of roasters originally established to set standards and maintain the quality of roasted coffee in the United States.

Chris began his roasting career in 1995 at The Humboldt Coffee Company. He and his wife, Alexandra, live in Monterey. They are active in the community both professionally and personally. In his spare time he enjoys small get-aways, cooking, watching sports, and wine & beer tasting.

He is committed to roasting only the best coffees in the world and we are happy to have him as part of our team.
