Mexican, Chiapas is grown in the southern most part of Mexico in the Sierra Madre mountains. This beautiful bean has a sweet, smooth body, mild acidity and rustic nuttiness. An excellent brew, zippy, well balanced and clean. This coffee is also certified by the rain forest alliance.
